A Cum Laude graduate of Loyola College of Baltimore, Vlad earned double majors in accounting and finance with a minor in psychology—an academic foundation that reflects both his technical discipline and his ability to understand the people behind the numbers.

For the past 11 years, Vlad has also served as a licensed financial advisor, helping clients navigate important financial decisions with clarity, care, and a deep sense of responsibility. His background gives him a uniquely broad perspective, allowing him to connect tax planning, business strategy, investment guidance, and long-term financial planning in a way that serves both individuals and business owners. As the founder and driving force behind ZAG Consulting Group, LLC, Vlad built his reputation through professionalism, diligent research, responsiveness, and an unwavering commitment to client service.
